Turns out the TED is not the worst thing ever. Here's what I've eaten so far:
Day one:
bk-oatmeal
l-avocado, grapes, chips (hadn't gone shopping yet)
d- ground turkey with zucchini, rice, and rice milk
Day two:
bk-rice cereal w/ rice milk
l- can't remember
d- stir fry w rice noodles, lamb, and zucchini, and baked sweet potato
Day three:
bk-oatmeal
l- leftover stir fry and grapes
d- turkey "burger" with avocado and mashed potatoes (no butter or milk ack!)
Day four:
bk-oatmeal
l-sweet potato, fried zucchini, grapes
d- roast lamb w mashed potatoes
Little a had a good day yesterday (day 4). Today we will see whether it was a fluke.

It sounds might healthy. You might want to get lcd to whip out the wok and make you some Thai food. That doesn't have any dairy in it and you can use rice noodles. You can also try these salads and modify them for TED http://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2010/01/08/a-perfect-time-for-main-course-salads/
That sounds like a great diet! Ok...a bit of a sacrifice (no milk in mashed potatoes) but my breakfast this morning was a ding dong. No joke. It's the only thing I had time to grab and eat in 60 seconds. (I ended up having a bowl of raisin bran for lunch) but I don't think that makes up for a ding dong breakfast. I went to the store today so tomorrow I can at least have a banana.
thought you meant TED talks, ha!
Keep up the motivation.
